We methodically construct our frames so that the sequential finishing trades can be performed efficiently and correctly with no need to "assume" the location or whereabouts of mechanical items. We achieve this by having the mechanical and carpentry crews working side-by-side as one company, on the job collaborating from the start to the finish.
